The ACKU060 is a high-performance FPGA System-on-Module based on the Kintex UltraScale XCKU060 FPGA. It combines high-speed DDR4 SDRAM, dual parallel Quad-SPI Flash, PCI Express connectivity, and multiple high-speed GTH transceivers in a compact 80 × 60 mm pluggable module. The module is suitable for high-speed embedded processing applications including data-center acceleration, storage acceleration, industrial and scientific systems, medical imaging, machine vision, wired communications, optical transport, wireless communications, radio, and baseband processing.
