The ACKU15-D is a high-performance FPGA system-on-module based on the Kintex UltraScale+ XCKU15P device. The module combines programmable logic, high-speed DDR4 SDRAM, parallel QSPI Flash, high-speed transceivers, and PCIe connectivity in a compact 80 x 80 mm form factor. It is suitable for data-center network acceleration, storage acceleration, PON access, optical transport, industrial and medical imaging, machine vision, wired communications, radio, and baseband applications.
- Kintex UltraScale+ XCKU15P FPGA.
- 16 nm FinFET FPGA fabric.
- Pluggable module with 4 x Samtec board-to-board connectors.
- 2 x 5 GB 80-bit DDR4 SDRAM banks, for 10 GB total memory.
- 2 x 64 MB QSPI Flash devices.
- 1 x PCIe Gen3 x16 interface.
- 32 x GTH transceivers supporting data rates up to 16.3 Gbps.
