The ACKU15S is a high-performance Kintex UltraScale+ FPGA system-on-module based on the XCKU15P device. It combines programmable logic, DDR4 SDRAM, QSPI Flash, high-speed GTH and GTY transceivers, and PCIe Gen3 connectivity in a compact 80 x 80 mm pluggable module. The module is suitable for data-center network acceleration, storage acceleration, PON access, optical transport, industrial and medical imaging, machine vision, wired communications, radio, and baseband applications.

- 16 nm FinFET FPGA fabric.
- Pluggable module with 4 x Samtec board-to-board connectors.
- 5 GB 80-bit DDR4 SDRAM.
