The AC7Z045 is a Zynq™ 7000 SoC system-on-module based on the XC7Z045-2FFG900I device. It combines a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor, Kintex-7 FPGA fabric, DDR3 SDRAM, eMMC Flash, QSPI Flash, PCIe connectivity, and high-speed GTX transceivers in a pluggable embedded module.
The module is suitable for high-speed embedded applications, including:
