The ACAU15 is a compact FPGA System-on-Module based on the AMD/Xilinx Artix UltraScale+ XCAU15P-2FFVB676I device. It combines 16 nm FinFET FPGA fabric, advanced DSP resources, high-speed GTH transceivers, DDR4 SDRAM, QSPI Flash, and PCIe Gen4 connectivity in a complete embedded processing platform.
The module is designed for demanding applications including machine vision, industrial networking, industrial controllers, portable and desktop ultrasound, surgical vision, endoscopy, high-speed networking, LED video walls, digital signage, KVM switches, 4K video converters, MILCOM radio, and aerospace and defense systems.
