The AX7021B is a Zynq™ 7000 SoC development board and design-in kit based on the XC7Z020-2CLG484I device. It combines a pluggable AC7021B system-on-module with a feature-rich base board for embedded processing, programmable-logic development, high-speed networking, video output, industrial control, and image-processing applications.
The system-on-module integrates a dual-core ARM® Cortex™-A9 processor, Artix®-7 FPGA fabric, DDR3 SDRAM, QSPI Flash, and eMMC Flash. The base board provides multiple Gigabit Ethernet ports, HDMI output, USB connectivity, JTAG, Micro SD, and 40-pin expansion interfaces for compatible peripheral modules.
