The AXSU35 is an FPGA development board consisting of an ACSU35 system-on-module (SoM) and a base board. It features an AMD Spartan™ UltraScale+ XCSU35P-2SBVB625I FPGA and interfaces for networking, video, storage and expansion.

- 64 Mbit HYPERRAM and 128 Mbit QSPI Flash on the SoM
- 1 Gigabit Ethernet port
- 2 SFP+ interfaces
- VGA output, USB 2.0 and MicroSD slot
- USB-to-UART and RS232 interfaces
- 2 × 40-pin expansion ports, with 34 I/Os per port
- 4 user LEDs, plus power, RXD and TXD LEDs; 4 pushbuttons
- 12 V single-supply input
