The AXU3EG-F is a Zynq™ UltraScale+™ MPSoC development board based on the XCZU3EG device. It combines a quad-core ARM® Cortex™-A53 application processor, a dual-core ARM® Cortex™-R5F real-time processor, programmable logic, DDR4 memory, eMMC and QSPI Flash, and a range of interfaces for embedded, industrial, video, communication, and artificial-intelligence applications.
