1) Overview/Key Features

The AXU5EVB-E is a Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC development board consisting of an ACU5EV system-on-module and a base board. It is designed for applications including artificial intelligence, automotive systems, digital signal processing, industrial systems, machine vision, video and image processing, and communication equipment.

The system-on-module features an MPSoC with quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processing up to 1.3 GHz, dual-core ARM Cortex-R5 processing up to 533 MHz, 16 nm FinFET+ FPGA fabric, 4 GB DDR4 SDRAM on the processing system, 1 GB DDR4 SDRAM on the programmable logic, 32 MB QSPI Flash, and 8 GB eMMC Flash.

The base board provides M.2, DisplayPort, MIPI, USB, Gigabit Ethernet, CAN, RS485, UART, Micro SD, RTC, and expansion interfaces.
