The AC7A200 is a pluggable FPGA System-on-Module featuring an AMD/Xilinx Artix-7 XC7A200T FPGA. With onboard DDR3 SDRAM and Quad-SPI Flash, it provides a compact embedded processing platform for high-speed applications.

Key features include:

  • 4 GTP transceivers, with line rates up to 6.6 Gbps
  • 1 PCIe Gen2 interface
  • 1 GB 32-bit DDR3 SDRAM and 16 MB QSPI Flash
  • 195 FPGA I/Os: 180 at 3.3 V and 15 at 1.5 V
  • 4 Panasonic board-to-board connectors
  • 5 V single supply
  • Operating temperature range: −40°C to +85°C
