1) Overview/Key Features

The AXK402 is a Kosmo-2 SoPC development platform built around the PG2K400 device. It combines a dual-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor with programmable logic on a removable system-on-module (SoM) and a base board offering interfaces for prototyping and embedded system development.

Key features include:

  • Dual-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor, up to 1 GHz
  • 1 GB DDR3 SDRAM on the SoM and 1 GB DDR3 SDRAM on the base board
  • 32 MB OSPI Flash, 16 MB QSPI Flash, and 8 GB eMMC
  • FMC HPC, Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI, CAN, USB 2.0, UART, JTAG, LVDS, and Micro SD interfaces
  • 12 V power input; 190 × 120 mm board form factor
