The ALINX AXKU040 V2.0 is a Kintex™ UltraScale™ FPGA development board and design-in kit based on the AMD/Xilinx XCKU040-2FFVA1156I device. The board combines an FPGA system-on-module with a carrier board and provides high-speed memory, PCIe, SFP+, FMC HPC, FMC LPC and Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. It is suitable for data-center acceleration, network and storage acceleration, industrial, scientific and medical equipment, machine vision, wired communications, optical transport, radio and wireless-baseband applications.
