The AXKU115 is a professional FPGA development board based on the AMD Kintex UltraScale™ XCKU115 FPGA. It is designed for high-speed data processing, industrial control, hardware acceleration, communications, machine vision, medical imaging, storage acceleration, and data-center applications.
The board provides 4 FMC HPC expansion connectors, 4 x 40G QSFP+ optical interfaces, 64 GTH transceivers, Gigabit Ethernet, high-capacity QSPI Flash, and multiple control, debugging, and monitoring interfaces. Its FMC connectivity supports compatible high-speed data-acquisition, video, communication, and custom-I/O modules.
