The AXKU15 is an FPGA development board and evaluation kit based on the AMD Kintex UltraScale+ XCKU15P FPGA. The platform combines a removable system-on-module with a feature-rich base board for high-performance development in data-center acceleration, industrial and medical imaging, wired and wireless communications, storage acceleration, machine vision, radio, and baseband applications. It supports high-speed connectivity through PCIe Gen3, QSFP28, FMC HPC, Gigabit Ethernet, SATA, and MIPI interfaces.

- 10 GB of 80-bit DDR4 SDRAM.
