The ALINX AXKU15 is a high-performance FPGA development and evaluation platform based on the Kintex UltraScale+ XCKU15P FPGA. The platform consists of a pluggable ACKU15 system-on-module and a feature-rich carrier board, providing high-speed memory, PCIe Gen3, QSFP28 networking, FMC expansion, MIPI interfaces, SATA, Gigabit Ethernet, and multiple control and debug interfaces.
