The HEA13 is a high-performance heterogeneous computing development platform based on the AMD/Xilinx Virtex UltraScale+ XCVU13P FPGA and an NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin or Jetson Thor module interface. The platform combines the ACVU13 system-on-module, FPGA base board, and Jetson carrier interface. The FPGA and AI computing module communicate through PCIe Gen3 x8 for high-speed data exchange, collaborative processing, industrial real-time control, autonomous robotics, edge AI, and multimodal large-model inference.
