The TE0820-05-2BI81ML is a low-profile, 4 × 5 cm MPSoC module built around an AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU2EG-1I. It combines 2 GByte DDR4 SDRAM, 128 MByte QSPI flash, and 8 GByte e.MMC storage with on-board power supplies and high-speed board-to-board connectors. The module also provides configurable I/O, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0, and 4 high-speed serial transceivers. Its components are rated for the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C; the usable operating range depends on the system design and cooling.
