The TE0820-05-4BE81MA is a compact 4 × 5 cm MPSoC module built around an AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU4EG-1E. It integrates 2 GByte DDR4 SDRAM, 128 MByte QSPI flash, and 8 GByte e.MMC storage, with power supplies and configurable I/O provided through high-speed board-to-board connectors. On-board interfaces include Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0; the SoC’s high-speed interfaces support PCIe, SATA, DisplayPort, and USB 3.0. Component temperature range is 0°C to +85°C; the usable module range depends on the customer design and cooling solution.
