The AM0010-02-4AE51MA is a compact MPSoC module built around the AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU4CG-1E. It combines 4 GByte DDR4 SDRAM with ECC, 8 GByte eMMC, and 2 × 64 MByte serial flash for configuration and operation. Two high-speed board-to-board connectors provide configurable I/O for integration into a custom carrier-board design.
Key features include:
- Up to 204 PL I/Os, 22 PS MIOs, 4 GTRs and 4 GTHs
- Gigabit Ethernet transceiver and USB transceiver
