The TE0630-03-63I22-A is a compact, industrial-grade FPGA module built around an AMD Spartan™ 6 LX75 FPGA. It combines onboard DDR3L memory, configuration flash, a Mini-USB 2.0 device port and high-speed board-to-board connections in a 4 × 5 cm form factor. The module is designed for embedded systems and can be integrated with a carrier board. It is mechanically and largely electrically compatible with TE0630-series modules and the TE0300 family.
