It integrates 1 GByte of DDR3 SDRAM, 32 MByte of Quad-SPI flash, a 10/100 Mbit Ethernet PHY, and 4 GTP high-performance transceiver lanes. Its 4 × 5 cm form factor and high-speed board-to-board connectors support integration into compatible carrier designs.
Key features include 158 FPGA I/Os, including 78 differential pairs; a programmable low-jitter PLL; system management and power sequencing; AES bitstream encryption; and 2 user-configurable LEDs. The module’s components are specified for at least −40°C to +85°C; operating temperature depends on the customer design and cooling solution.
