The TE0712-03-81I36-L is a low-profile, 4 × 5 cm FPGA module featuring an AMD Artix™ 7 XC7A200T-1FBG484I. It integrates 1 GByte of DDR3 SDRAM, 32 MByte of Quad-SPI flash, a 10/100 Mbit Ethernet PHY, and 4 GTP high-performance transceiver lanes.
The module provides 158 FPGA I/Os, including 78 differential pairs, through high-speed board-to-board connectors. Other features include a programmable low-jitter PLL, system management and power sequencing, AES and eFUSE bitstream encryption, and 2 user-configurable LEDs. It uses low-profile 2.5 mm connectors and is specified for an industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C; actual operating temperature depends on the design and cooling solution.
