The TE0713-03-72C46-A is an industrial-grade 4 × 5 cm FPGA module based on the AMD Artix™ 7 XC7A100T-2FGG484C. It combines 1 GByte of DDR3L SDRAM and 32 MByte of QSPI boot flash with a USB 3.0-to-FIFO interface bridge. Configurable I/O is provided through rugged high-speed board-to-board connectors.
The module also features high-efficiency DC-DC converters and a user LED. It is designed for commercial-temperature components rated from 0°C to +70°C; the module’s operating temperature depends on the customer design and cooling solution. Vivado Standard Edition is listed as recommended software.
