The TE0713-03-82C46-A is an industrial-grade FPGA module featuring an AMD Artix™ 7 XC7A200T-2FBG484C. The 4 × 5 cm module integrates 1 GByte of DDR3L SDRAM, 32 MByte of QSPI boot flash, and a USB 3.0-to-FIFO bridge. Configurable I/O is provided through rugged high-speed board-to-board connectors.
The module includes high-efficiency DC-DC converters and a user LED. Modules in the 4 × 5 cm form factor are mechanically and largely electrically compatible with one another. Component temperature range is 0°C to +70°C; operating temperature depends on the design and cooling solution. Vivado Standard Edition is listed as supported software.
