The TE0720-04-61C33MA is a 4 × 5 cm system-on-module featuring an AMD Zynq™ XC7Z020-1CLG484C SoC with a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor. It integrates 1 GByte of DDR3L SDRAM, 8 GByte of eMMC storage and 32 MByte of QSPI flash. Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 are provided, while configurable I/O is available through high-speed board-to-board connectors. The module is designed for integration with compatible 4 × 5 cm carrier boards.
