The TE0720-04-62I33NA is an industrial-grade 4 × 5 cm SoC module featuring an AMD Zynq™ XC7Z020-2CLG484I with a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor. It integrates 1 GByte DDR3 SDRAM, 32 MByte QSPI flash, and 32 GByte eMMC storage, alongside Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 interfaces.
The module provides 152 FPGA I/Os, 54 multiuse I/O (MIO) pins, high-speed board-to-board connectors, system management and power sequencing, a system-controller CPLD, RTC, and 3 user LEDs. Its components are specified for at least −40°C to +85°C; actual module operating temperature depends on the design and cooling solution.
