The TE0729-03-62I63MAS starter kit combines a TE0729 industrial-grade SoC module, TEB0729 carrier board, mounted heat spreader, and XMOD FTDI JTAG adapter. It is designed for embedded development using an AMD Zynq™-7020 SoC, with onboard memory, Ethernet connectivity, and configurable FPGA I/O.
Key features include a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9, 512 MB DDR3L SDRAM, 32 MB QSPI flash, 8 GB eMMC, 1 Gigabit Ethernet transceiver, 2 10/100 Mbps Ethernet transceivers, and up to 136 FPGA I/Os. Module dimensions are 5.2 × 7.6 cm; listed component temperature range is −40°C to +85°C. Actual operating temperature depends on the design and cooling solution.
