It combines 8 multi-gigabit transceivers, 32 MByte of Quad-SPI flash, configurable I/O, and on-board power supplies in a 4 × 5 cm form factor. The module provides up to 144 FPGA I/O pins through its board-to-board connectors, including up to 65 LVDS pairs.
