The TE0745-03-91C31-A is a compact system-on-module built around an AMD Zynq™ 7045 SoC. It integrates processing, programmable logic, memory and connectivity in a 5.2 × 7.6 cm module for embedded system designs.
Key features include dual ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore processing, 1 GByte DDR3L SDRAM, 64 MByte QSPI flash, a 1 Gbit Ethernet PHY, a USB 2.0 OTG PHY and 3 × 160-pin high-speed board-to-board connectors. The module provides 250 FPGA I/Os, 17 MIO and 8 GTX transceivers.
