It integrates 4 GByte DDR4 SDRAM, 2 × 64 MByte SPI boot flash and 20 high-speed serial transceivers in a 5.2 × 7.6 cm form factor. The module uses 4 × 160-pin connectors; these are 1 mm lower than the connectors on variant TE0808-05-6BE81-E. Review mechanical clearance and cooling when designing or replacing a module.
