The TE0808-05-9BE81-EK is an UltraSOM+ MPSoC module featuring an AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU9EG-1E, supplied with a mounted heat spreader. It combines 4 GByte DDR4 SDRAM, 2 × 64 MByte SPI boot flash and 20 high-speed serial transceivers in a compact 5.2 × 7.6 cm form factor. Four board-to-board connectors provide configurable I/O for carrier-board integration.
