The TE0823-02-3PIT1QA is a compact, industrial-grade MPSoC module built around a low-power AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU3CG. It combines programmable logic and processing with 4 GByte of LPDDR4 memory, configuration flash, a Lattice MachXO2 system controller, and onboard power supplies. Rugged high-speed connectors provide configurable I/O for integration with a carrier board.

Key features include:

  • 4 × 5 cm module format
  • Industrial-grade components rated from −40°C to +85°C
  • 132 HP PL I/Os, 14 PS MIOs, and 4 GTR MGTs
