The TE0861-01-6BI59QA is a compact UltraSOM+ MPSoC module built around the AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU6EG. It combines processing, programmable logic, memory, high-speed serial connectivity, and on-board power management in a 55 × 74 mm module. The module is designed for embedded systems that need configurable I/O and high-performance processing in a compact form factor.
Key features include 4 GByte DDR4 SDRAM with ECC, 128 MByte dual-parallel QSPI boot flash, 20 high-speed serial transceivers, dual Gigabit Ethernet PHYs, USB 2.0 with OTG support, and a TPM 2.0. The module accepts a single 5 V to 12 V input.
