The AM0010-02-3BE21MA is a compact MPSoC module built around the AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU3EG-1E. It combines processing and programmable logic with 4 GByte of ECC-protected DDR4 memory, 8 GByte eMMC, and 2 × 64 MByte serial flash. Rugged high-speed stacking connectors provide configurable I/O for integration into embedded systems.
Additional features include a Gigabit Ethernet transceiver, USB transceiver, OPTIGA™ Trust M, CryptoAuthentication, oscillator, and analog multiplexer. The module has 2 board-to-board connectors, supports up to 204 PL I/O and 22 PS MIO, and provides 4 GTR and 4 GTH transceivers. It measures 40 × 56.4 mm and requires a 5 V to 12 V supply through the board-to-board connector. The listed component temperature range is 0°C to +85°C; operating temperature depends on the system design and cooling solution.
