It combines 1 GByte of DDR3 SDRAM and 32 MByte of Quad-SPI flash with a 10/100 Mbit Ethernet PHY, 4 GTP transceiver lanes and configurable FPGA I/O. Rugged high-speed board-to-board connectors, onboard power regulation and system power sequencing support integration into embedded designs. The module is rated for industrial-temperature components; its operating temperature depends on the design and cooling solution.
