The TE0712-03-82I36-A is an industrial-grade FPGA module built around the AMD Artix™ 7 XC7A200T-2FBG484I. In a compact 4 × 5 cm form factor, it combines 1 GByte of DDR3 SDRAM, 32 MByte of Quad-SPI flash, a 10/100 Mbit Ethernet PHY, and 4 GTP high-performance transceiver lanes.
Key features include 158 FPGA I/Os, including 78 differential pairs; a programmable low-jitter PLL; system management and power sequencing; AES and eFUSE bitstream encryption; and 2 user-configurable LEDs. The components are rated for at least −40°C to +85°C; module operating temperature depends on the design and cooling solution. The module is mechanically and largely electrically compatible with other modules in the 4 × 5 cm form factor.
