The TE0715-05-52I33-A is an industrial-grade 4 × 5 cm SoC module built around the AMD Zynq™ XC7Z015-2CLG485I. It combines a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor with FPGA logic, 1 GByte of 32-bit DDR3L SDRAM, 32 MByte QSPI flash with XiP support, and 4 GTP/GTX transceivers.
The module also provides Gigabit Ethernet with SGMII, a USB 2.0 High-Speed ULPI transceiver, 132 FPGA I/Os with up to 65 LVDS pairs possible, and 14 PS-MIO pins. Other features include a programmable clock generator, temperature-compensated RTC, system management, AES and eFUSE bitstream encryption, and high-speed board-to-board connectors. Components are specified for at least −40°C to +85°C; module operating temperature depends on the design and cooling solution.
