The TE0720-04-31C33RA is a 4 × 5 cm system-on-module built around an AMD Zynq-7000 XC7Z014S-1CLG484C SoC with a single-core processor. It combines programmable logic and processing resources with 1 GByte DDR3L SDRAM, 8 GByte eMMC, 32 MByte QSPI flash, Ethernet and USB 2.0. Three high-speed board-to-board connectors provide configurable I/O for use with a compatible carrier board.
