The TE0720-04-61Q33RL is a low-profile 4 × 5 cm system-on-module featuring the AMD Automotive Zynq™ XA7Z020-1CLG484Q. It combines a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processing system and programmable logic with 1 GByte DDR3L SDRAM, 8 GByte eMMC and 32 MByte QSPI flash. Ethernet and USB 2.0 transceivers provide connectivity, while high-speed board-to-board connectors support integration with a compatible carrier board. This variant uses low-profile connectors with a 2.5 mm mating height.
