The TE0720-04-61Q86PL is a low-profile 4 × 5 cm system-on-module featuring an automotive-grade AMD Zynq™-7020 SoC. It combines dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processing and programmable logic with 1 GByte automotive DDR3L SDRAM, 8 GByte automotive eMMC and 32 MByte automotive QSPI flash. Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0 and configurable I/O are provided for embedded designs. The module uses rugged, low-profile board-to-board connectors and is designed for applications where space, shock and vibration are considerations.
