It combines dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processing and programmable logic with 512 MByte DDR3L SDRAM, 16 MByte QSPI Flash, and 2 Ethernet PHYs. The module also includes a CAN transceiver and power-management features for embedded designs.

- 3 × 80-pin high-speed Samtec Micro Tiger Eye connectors
- 12 V power supply input with watchdog
