The TE0741-05-B2C-1-A is a compact 4 × 5 cm FPGA module featuring an AMD Kintex™ 7 XC7K160T-2 FPGA. It includes 32 MByte QSPI flash for configuration and operation, 8 multi-gigabit transceivers, onboard power regulation, and configurable I/O exposed through rugged high-speed board-to-board connectors.
The module provides up to 144 FPGA I/O pins, a 25 MHz low-jitter oscillator, a programmable quad clock generator, and AES bitstream encryption. Its connectors comprise 2 × 100-pin and 1 × 60-pin strips. Components are specified for 0°C to +70°C; the module’s operating temperature depends on the system design and cooling solution. Modules in the 4 × 5 cm format are mechanically and largely electrically compatible with one another.
