The TE0745-03-82I31-A is a 5.2 × 7.6 cm system-on-module built around an AMD Zynq™-7000 XC7Z035-2FBG676I SoC. It combines a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor and FPGA logic with 1 GByte DDR3L SDRAM, 64 MByte QSPI flash, a Gigabit Ethernet transceiver and a USB 2.0 OTG transceiver. Three high-speed board-to-board connectors provide configurable I/O for carrier-board integration.
