The TE0808-05-9BE81-EK is a compact UltraSOM+ MPSoC module built around the AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU9EG-1E. It combines programmable logic and processing with onboard memory, power management, and high-speed I/O in a 5.2 × 7.6 cm form factor. This variant includes a mounted heat spreader.
Key features include 4 GByte DDR4 SDRAM, 128 MByte configuration and operation flash memory, 20 serial high-speed transceivers, 4 × 160-pin board-to-board connectors, and separately controlled LP, FP, and PL power domains. A 3.3 V supply is required through the board-to-board connector. The module is suited to embedded and FPGA designs requiring high I/O density and processing capability.
