The TE0820-05-2BE51QA is a compact 4 × 5 cm MPSoC module based on the AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU2EG-1E. It combines a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 application processor and dual-core ARM Cortex-R5 real-time processor with DDR4 memory, QSPI boot flash, eMMC storage and high-speed connectivity. The module is designed for integration into embedded computing and programmable-logic systems.
