The TE0821-02-2AE91PA is an industrial-grade 4 × 5 cm MPSoC module built around an AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU2CG-1E. It integrates 4 GByte DDR4 SDRAM, 128 MByte of SPI boot flash, and 64 GByte eMMC. Rugged high-speed stacking connectors expose configurable I/O, and the module is pin-compatible with TE0820 modules, except that JM2 pin 100 is not connected.
Key features include:
- 34 high-performance and 96 high-density programmable-logic I/Os
- 4 PS GTR transceivers with PCIe, SATA 3.1, DisplayPort and USB 3.0 interface support
- Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 ULPI with OTG support

- Extended-temperature components rated from 0°C to +85°C; module operating range depends on system design and cooling
