The TE0821-02-3BE91ND is a low-profile 4 × 5 cm MPSoC module based on the AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU3EG-1E. It provides 4 GByte DDR4 memory, 32 GByte eMMC storage, and 128 MByte of QSPI flash. The module is specified without encryption and is pin-compatible with the TE0820 family, supporting integration into compatible carrier-board designs.
Key features include a Lattice MachXO2 system controller, programmable clock generator, Gigabit Ethernet PHY, USB 2.0 ULPI transceiver with OTG support, and three high-speed board-to-board connectors. Its interfaces include PS GTR transceivers and configurable processing-system and programmable-logic I/O. The module measures 40 × 50 mm.
