The TE0821-02-3BI81MA is an industrial-grade 4 × 5 cm MPSoC module featuring an AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU3EG-1I. It integrates 2 GByte DDR4 SDRAM, 128 MByte QSPI flash and 8 GByte eMMC, with onboard power regulation and configurable I/O exposed through rugged high-speed connectors. The module is pin-compatible with TE0820 MPSoC modules, with JM2 pin 100 not connected.
