1) Overview/Key Features
The TE0823-02-3PIT1MA is a rugged 4 × 5 cm MPSoC module built around the low-power AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ XCZU3CG-L1SFVC784I. It combines 4 GByte LPDDR4 SDRAM, 8 GByte eMMC, and 2 × 64 MByte QSPI flash, with a Lattice MachXO2 system controller and onboard power regulation. Three high-speed board-to-board connectors expose configurable I/O for integration with a carrier board.
Onboard features include a Gigabit Ethernet PHY, a USB 2.0 ULPI PHY with OTG support, a configurable clock generator, a 33.33333 MHz clock, and 4 LEDs. The module provides 132 PL I/O, 14 PS MIO, and 4 GTR transceivers. Components are specified for an industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C; the module’s operating range depends on the system design and cooling solution.
